please somebody finish it off and the lo polys = teh win!
The model itself wasn't really hard because its made up of 3 or 4 main sections that are of different thickness, and beveled into each other, so I just created the seperate boxes and put them together. I think it looks nice (I was just doodling and when I finished ~30 minutes later, i'm like "whoa... it doesn't look so bad!")
The holosight is borked though, I'm gonna need to redo it

i thoguht i was the only one...
i mean all they do is slide the normal what would be a 'normal' anim like an m1`6 one and they seem to just push it back... it has a diferent style..
then again im talking about Airsoft & SA80 related... only bullpups i have fired..
steyr AUG is teh winnar.
On the other hand, I did create the grooves in the side of the gun. Jacked up the polys some, but tis still around 900 which should be fine unless someones running a really bad computer

and no: 887 is NOT too high, that's lower than the default models (Much lower) so anyone that have evn PLAYED NS will notice some difference between the defaults and that one.

I was surfing in worldguns.ru for a nice design when I came across the tavor.
I was in the mood to try an existing gun since that takes more skill, IMO, than creating a custom gun to make it look just right.
I took the picture from the website and made the gun.
After posting it on the forums things were going slow so I played some games, checked back, played some more, and then I started surfing the old posts, to see if anybody had any model requests (which I usually tend to do for want of practice). I came across chets post and I read it- I immediately came back and apologised. What do you want? I could remove it.....
I shouldn't have to explain myself, although I graciously did; twice. You don't have to "Believe" me.

if you go there you can scroll through allt he varients. I like micro version that looks cool too. Everyone els i basing models off of the stock version
