Thats a good use for it, I could use a hair dryer and a BBQ doesnt sound bad either (just take the fan off).

Still I' dont think its as funny as the Renegade Delay Film, Havoc (an actor portraying Havoc anyway) comes in and kicks the crap out of the staff at westwood.

Yeah.. now if only they could do FSAA worth beans, and refined their core pipelines, they might stand half a chance once ATI drops the die size on the 9800, kicks the core up to match the GFFX, and doubles their framerate. ^_^

Seriously.. 2x 'performance' FSAA on the GFFX does *nothing* to the picture. It jitters maybe one or two pixels, but nothing that could truly be called Antialiasing.

the 2x FSAA really doesn't do anything, and it gives fps drops like it shouldn't for so little work. anyway.

I use the quincunx stuff, no fps drop and lovely anti-aliased graphics ^-^

I actually have FSAA forced off at the driver level. Really I've seen no reason to enable it... When I first got my GeForce 1 several years ago i tried 2x FSAA and all it seemed to do was screw up the fonts in games...
