Is there anywhere to go to get waypoints for the RCBOTS? Mine just runs around in circles?     They are annoying yes. Well basically you have to be the comm or else the marine team is doomed forever. They seem to think the shortest distance between two points is a straight line, so they try to do exactly that. Go in a straight line, regardless of any walls. You have to give them small walkable waypoints. Annoying, yes.

    you can put bot_commanding "0" and they won't get into the comm chair

    and if you set waypoints (details in RCBOT readme) then they will know where to go etc, and you can teach them "this is a door, press this button" etc, but that takes some work, I find bots fun to play with on maps like misslecommand, becuase they can't run off <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    lol, Well I sure wouldnt want a bot to comand my team and they are fun at times. Im use to foxbot in TFC. Those bots are sharp as a tack and waypoints come with most maps. If not, there easy to find. I have no experience with RCBOTS until now and I would be learning if I tried to make them waypoints. What Im trying to do is find the quick way out and see if I can find any already made. I am a Lead and founder of a multi-gaming comunity (<a href='http://www.soreloserz.com' target='_blank'>Sore Loserz</a>) and have my hands full most all the time with that. Trying to find the time and patients is limited. But if there not to be found I'll have to find some kind of time to mess with them....thx

    actually most NS maps have waypoints built into them...

    Most of the bots I try'd with ns where extremely stupid, to the point of being useless. especially rcbots. They would walk into a lower section of the floor, And are to stupid to jump out. They just get stuck there.
