a little gift from The Matrix
Are you an obsessed fanboy of The Matrix movies *cough* like me *cough* ? Do you want something free for your computer that requires a decent speed CPU and video card, but don't want to spend money on the official game that got released? If you answered yes to either of the above, do the following.
Go to the official Matrix website at www.thematrix.com ; use the High Bandwidth version.
Read the breaking news. Plenty was posted on May 15th.
Towards the end of this news post they mention a hex. You can see four numbers.
On the top menu bar of the website, there is a little border on the right with an unlit yellow LED.
Bring up the options menu with it.
There are two unmarked "panels." Unmarked doesn't mean un-usable. Click the resulting green LED.
For those who've never been here before, congrats. You just found binary access. Open the access panel.
01101111. It was part of a news post many moons ago.
At the time, some didn't even know it was a number meant to be used. Now you know.
Congrats, you've just found Hex access. Fiddle with the panel and enter in the example if you want.
To my knowledge only 4 correct keys exist. One is the example. The other three were part of news posts.
You just read the most recent one given. You saw only 4 numbers/letters; Hex access looks for 8.
The other half is so nearby I'll let you look for it yourself. (Note: for hexadecimal notation, the "0x" is usually not part of the number; rather it is an indicator that the following number is hexidecimal rather than binary, base10, etc.)
Have fun with the result. It's an approx 46 meg download.

I would go but me no have high speed, and it's brobably blocked at school, I could get around the filter but if I get caught I get expelled...
I will check
It is quite unlike anything I have seen them release since I started visiting the site regularly.
Great to see a film maker doing something different for once.
/me feels so honoured.
I had to restart twice from Win2k bluescreen Stop errors when waiting for the last segment (Paint and Detail) to finish loading. I found out it was because I had anti-aliasing enabled. Anyone else having this problem with their GeForce2?
As this is fun to actually find the download.
And the thing you get takes about 1hour to complete.
