Onos Stomp

is it stackable
if a marine is webbed he is immobile for (dont know exact figures) 5 seconds. if he is webbed again, he is immobilised for 5 seconds on top of the first 5 (effectively 10 seconds)

the question:

is onos stomp like that (if you stomp twice they are immobilised for 10 seconds, and if you stomp 100 times they cant move for about 8 minutes) or is it more like paralyse (first immobilises for 5 seconds, any others have no effect until the 5 first seconds have worn off)?

maybe its like STOMP immobilised for 5 seconds if you do it 4 seconds later he is immobile for another 6 seconds so it dont stack it just adds to the immobility time for the marine.

I dont think that makes sence :\

they really need to make it unstackable, stmp and webs both or else the potential for abuse is too big. Web is overpowered right now in 1.04. One single gorge can own entire squads of heavies if he has adren.

I'm sure crit will correct me on this one (he's part of the exploit-finders, after all ), but in my experience, stomp does not stack. In 1.1B, we had a game were multiple Oni defended Basts refinery hive by continued stomping - being an attacking marine, I was never paralyzed for long amounts of time, which allowed me a kind of slow crab-sneak to get back behind our defenses.

I think you're looking for the term overlap. Please make at least stomp do that :/

You know in TFC the stun nade (I think they are called stun nades anyway). I bet stomp is that, making the enemy’s gun go wiggly.

OHH my cow* omc!! Nemisis is correct . Stomp does not stack and doesnt really need to for that matter. It stops marines from moving/shooting, so just walk around with an onos and 3 skulks behind the onos and make quick prey for everything. *watch out for jpers though:)*

Does stomp have an animation? and if it does, is there time for you to see the animation start, jump and be in the air for the actual stomp and avoid it like that?

Ya, does stomp affect enemies in the air?

What about if you're on a slight slope or different area of ground? Stomp would be extremely ineffective in certain areas if a marine just had to stay on a ramp for it to not work.

I certainly hope they don't make it stackable.

If they have a jetpack they aren't affected.
