Wow. Good news. Please when you have finished all your low poly stuff, which you are going to make, put them in one zip and add that file to the Official Release topic. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

Oh and make sure you dont decrease the poly count from those structures, which Ollj has already done.

    Pffft why not?

The Real Quasar is making lowpoly models by deleting small parts.
I do lowpoly models by reducing the shape-details of all parts while keeping the allover shape the same (with all object details).
Theres nothing bad in having the choice between 2 lowpoly models.

For the first steps in modelling this is an excellent idea but he cant really decrease the detail of any object.
Would you cut a skulks teeth an legs or a marines Fingers to reduce the polygon count?

Everyone has to start somewhere, Quasar. These are valuable for the low-end community, so keep up the good work. (:

the seige isn't hard to lower, you don't have to delete parts... just re-do the barrel with less than 12 slices... that cuts alot of polys on the model....
