    Hmmm my guess is that this map would in a map-state have the "ns_tanith" phenomeana... the Hive in the left corner offers a straight fast way directly to the commandconsole, which will cause aliens to rush!

    It looks like the right and side hives would be visible from far outside their hive rooms, please be carefull to avoid this.

    The right-and side hive are also very close together, when one is captured the other will follow very quickly.

    The route to the bottom-left hive seems too short, only 1 room between the hive and the CC. Since that room has the closest node to the CC that would seem to be an obvious first expansion.

    Nice use of vents.

    I just noticed that both entrances to the bottom-left hive come from the node room to the north, effectively making that the only marine entrance to the hive. There should be multiple routes to the hive room that don't involve jet packs. Prehaps another hallway to link it up to the node north-east of the hiveroom?

    I'm not convinced by the added fiddly bits between the right hand hives will do the job. I suggest adding routes from those hives to big room the center of the map and doing away with that direct connection (keeping a vent along the old route would work well with this). This might make the bottom-right hive too vulnerable from that central room, then again it is furthest from the marine start...
