Natural Selection Edan - Update
Well its been a month from the version 1 of edan

its time for an update

here are some screens of the update, and low, and behold, the map size is in fact smaller (by about 2.5 megs) then version 1, that because, i spent time working on geting the map right

the next few posts are going to be screen shots of the new map, though - check them all out http://www.geocities.com/amckern/ns/ns_edan.html

The download link will work soon - i just have to get it up - TAFE has proxey, so i can't upload somethings, namely zip, and exes

THE EXE LINK WILL NOT WORK - GEOCITIES I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT DOES NOT LET EXES BE UPLOADED TO FREE SITES

I have mirrored the .zip at The NS Archive in case geocities runs out of bandwidth.

thats pretty cool for an outside map amckern.
The only problems i see are that the map still looks abit basic, and the hive room is HUGE. i seriously suggest making it smaller, and not so open to long distance marine attacks.

poisbly putting a grate over the front of the hole might work? yes, like the lake hive>

also making the waste hive smaller, could stop the seage attacts that can be done from any where in the tunels around it

BTW - making the hive smaller, will make me put some of the 16 spawn zones in the watter - i hope that no one will drown

In the ventelation hive on ns_hera, some of the spawn points are underwater and the only way to dwon would be to not come out of the water, and you don't start taking damage untill the round begins so noone will drown on the starting timer.
