    i thought 1.04 had some way to give a team with less players more resources per node. maybe that is a throwback cvar too.

    Zel i think it is a built-in handicap/"balancing" feature where marines gain more res per tick based on how many people they have on their team, not a cvar persay. Hence all the balance problems with marines on servers with 20-32 players. I think we need to know more about the new res system to speculate about handicaps.

    That handicap is a ballance-variable affecting the res-income-formula .

    The balance variable gives a team with fewer players more RPs/tick.

    ASE tells you what players are on the server as well...

    no he meant tha HLSW tells you who is on what team, and what class they are (commander, gorge, etc)
    only works on servers running a MM/AM plugin(logmod i think its called) rather cool, in fact its one of 2 reasons i have hlsw on my box now, for normal pubin i still use ase thou

    1.04 has mp_teamresourcehandicap if that's what you mean. This would appear to be a new variable.

    yes localhost2600 got what i meant and hlsw shows kills and all that stuff in real time. but i am pretty sure to there is some kind of resource handicap in 1.04 already. maybe an admin could shed some light so there is less confusion <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
