"Jimmy" is slang, a derogatory term. It's derived from "Genetically Modified Organism" - GMO. ("GM" -> "Jimmy").

any doubt i had that this was merly a simple fiction just went out the damn window. good stuff, i mean it. bravo in the highest way i can mean it without attempting to do something "rash." part II really gets into it much better than part I. hopefully the increase goes on for the rest of the story.

hmmm. I don't think that the doctor is going to hurt the child. A little bit too cliche, "i help animals but i say screw the humans." perhaps it was recued from the night or soemthing. orphan. whatever, for now we wait 7 days.
