<div class="IPBDescription">or does this only happen in NS?</div> I was just wondering if anyone knew if there have been map exploits occuring in other Half Life Mods? For example CS. I had been playing CS since Beta 6 but as far as I can remember there were no such map exploits. Although I guess for teh case of CS, a map exploit would be like hiding the bomb in some inconspicoius place.

the reason why map exploits are not that big is b/c the games are no where near as complex as NS (Not saying this is good or bad just true)
most map exploits have to do with things like siege ranges and what not.
but what ever (I am guess ing this is what you are talking about)

There is also, in CS, teleporting. In which, if there's a second level, and you get somebody below you to jump and you jump, sometime evantually, you'll be teleported into the second level, much like skywalking.
Map: Epicenter.
Conc or rocket jump to the top of your enemy respawn building.
Day of Defeat is also riddled with all manner of grenade bugs, where explosions will get transmitted through walls &c. (or was - I haven't tried 1.0 yet).

Snipers are the ones who usually use that spot anywhoo, and they prime nade their way up.
cs_assault: going thropugh the roof
de_storm: walking in the roofs
ns_aztec: walking near the sky
Uhh, actually, now that I think about it, there aren't too many other map exploits in HL mods besides CS. Maybe the nade bug in dod_avalanche? Is that map related? Ehh...
