    And I so agree. Hopefully the current playtesters aren't imbecils. Marines win now almost all the time, and yet they are going to give rines an electrified turret factory. Just awesome...

    Hopefully 1.1 will be a lot more balanced than what it is now.     So nice to see that our hard work is appreciated. You'll be happy to know, I'm sure, that pretty much all of the 1.0 playtesters are also playtesting 1.1. I guess we're gonna suck it up this time, too.

    Don't worry, though, Flay's brought in new PTs and the vets to make sure that the idiots who apparently playtested 1.0 don't <b>RUIN</b> 1.1, too.

    1.0 was a first public release. There's only so much that can be done to anticipate strategies; you'll notice that it took nearly 4 months before the jetpack lameness became rampant, for instance. Flayra, the devs, and the playtesters have learned many valuable things from 1.0x, and are taking steps to create a better, more balanced play experience in 1.1.

    By the way... if you *do* want a 1.1 as unbalanced as 1.0x, I'd suggest the following:

    Immediate release to the public? Think your brilliant plans through next time, please. Show a little patience, and maybe a little respect for and faith in the people who are putting a ****LOAD of time into this game for no personal gain whatsoever, just so you have a game you can enjoy playing.
