Server Commands Not Working?

I usually just play around in my listenserver with bots, but I didn't have the patch, so I went and downloaded the 1.04 server patch. Now none of the ns_ commands dont work (Example: ns_towertime), it says unknown command. Anybody know why?

    All the resource b0rking commands were removed in 1.0something, and all the other ns_ commands were changed into mp_ commands for consistency.

    Ok so like mp_marinerespawntime should still work? And also, howcome I see on some servers, RTs give out +2 res or +3 res instead of +1, how did they do that?

    Ok I found out what commands do and don't work, but can someone please tell me what command servers use for raising res intake and res intake <b>speed</b>. I know both are different on some servers. Can someone please tell me the commands?

    When you get 9 players on a team and up, it changes to +2 res.

    Not sure when the change to +3 takes place. Never play in servers that big.
