Console Command For Join Spectators

Hi

I need the Console Command for joining the Spectator Team and the Command for Joining the Random Team.

i only now:

jointeamone = Marines
jointeamtwo = Aliens

Please Help me

If you want to know, <b>autoassign</b> puts you on random team.

well until now walking into the spectator thing worked for me so I never really wondered <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

for spectator, i think simply typing spectate joins it
