Making A New Qc File

<div class="IPBDescription">I'm such a noob :p</div> The SC marine was my first HL model I've ever done and I just used the same QC file as the NS marine did. Now I need to know how to make a QC from scratch, is there a program or do I have to write it all up myself?

I can't search for the answer because QC is too small of a word for the search program.

Can anyone help me out?

take a look at other QC files... for somone like me they are pretty much plain english, but i guess i can run through a bit for ya..
