heh, my suggestion about anti-structure gorges fighting turret farms got through to the devs? or is it just a coincidence? i for one am glad to see that aliens now have the ability to counter turret farms before bile bombs (other than brute force that is, but if there are more turrets in that farm than there are aliens you're in trouble!)
good call on this one devs. its the elegant art of tech and counter-tech and counter-counter-tech etc, that makes a game strategically addictive and fun.

Because we all know that aliens == marines. (sarcasm, BTW)
Hey, even in 1.04 a battle gorge should be feared. With two hives, a rushing gorge that healsprays, drops offense chambers, and webs like a madman is seriously hard to take out. Even harder so if he has adrenaline and redemption at third level.

a gorge does something so the marines can't build at a certain area? woot for aliens getting another power boost...
