<div class="IPBDescription">that can create animated 'stuff'</div> i've seen people animate pictures from a certain picture. for instance, i want to be able to get the animated picture of godzilla in this homepage. but i don't even know the program or anything. is there a program that i can "video-tape" the animation and then go from there to customize it?

i hope you guys know what i'm talking about.

    You're probably looking at a .gif file. Right click, Save as. Then you can edit it with a .gif Editor, but I wouldn't know of one. I'm sure someone else does.

    i dont use it my self, but my brother does, but im sure Paint Shop Pro 7 does....
