You aren't the only person who has screwed up their skeletons somehow when they were animating... this is an early shot of chickenlerk when I was trying to compile it. I fixed the problem long ago but it was funny seeing this thing
i messed up the skeleton... but not on purpose, i rotated the skeleton for the hands (to make assigning verts easier)... and this is what i got...
Don't ask why lol.
