<div class="IPBDescription">when good models....go wrong</div> here's what happened to my nice neat low-poly marine... he's got all the AvP animations, and stands at 420 polygons....and i'm in the process of skinmeshing (that's the mesh skin on him, just not assigned to the right parts....

    You aren't the only person who has screwed up their skeletons somehow when they were animating... this is an early shot of chickenlerk when I was trying to compile it. I fixed the problem long ago but it was funny seeing this thing

    yup...


    i messed up the skeleton... but not on purpose, i rotated the skeleton for the hands (to make assigning verts easier)... and this is what i got...

    Take the normal marine model, erase everything and make the hitboxes visible (or make identical boxes). Low FPS marine :-)

    Ollj, your welcome to try and optimize this model, i know it can be done, but i'm not willing to go through all that pain to do it...
