if you have enough time, evolve to skulk and run around your hive...
powersilo on nothing: evolve to gorge up in the corner/cieling alcoves and put down OCs. Lerklift helps in getting all 3 of the alcoves covered
viaduct: put OCs on the moving belt at the back, put OCs on the catwalk. web from the curved cieling to the catwalk, it will catch JPers
refinery on bast: put OCs in the beams on the cielings, also put webs anywhere you might think a jetpack would fly (on the cieling is good so he will fall to his death)

But when you are at one hive stage....then its hard.
Getting to the JPer takes a little practice. One thing to try is starting a single player server and playing the marines. Get yourself a jet pack and practice flying around the hive rooms. Keep note as to where you like to move and places where you get stuck. There's a good chance someone else will do the same thing. Now you just have to practice wall-walking to get to those spots as a skulk, or finding good places to put O chambers to cover them as a gorge.

Umbra in one corner, then fly full speed to another one. They shoot at the umbra while you can take them out. Even heavies and jp are meat to this tactic.
a) they use JP and get on the ramp/bridge near the ceiling and build stuff up there, like phase gate, then the other marines come there.. big problem.
*possible counter, would be first go up there and evolve into gorge and build some OC's there.
b) Again JP but they dont stop, they hover and use Grenades/hmg/lmg and what ever they can get.
*Randomly placed oc's might actually hit them, but everyone who is available should go there asap, because OC's can only do so much.
c) the "red room", always fill it up first! *important*. either go there as a skulk or use skulk/lerk to get there and block the vents from both ends.
Note: they can still take them down (unfortunately) with siege if the commander knows it..
Either one of these 3 things happens almost everytime with this hive.
