Sounds weird tho, but if anything but net_graph was changed(I don't see why net_graph should change anything really), maybe its a crazy combination of binds and stuff.
As someone mentioned earlier, try removing your autoexec.cfg and config.cfg(move them to another folder), then restart NS, and try playing. If its still not working, your configs shouldnt be the problem.
