    If, for example, three marines died simultaneously and there's only one Infantry Portal, all three would be dead for seven seconds.  The first would respawn ten seconds later, the second ten after that, and the third ten after that, for a total thirty-seven seconds to have all three back in the game.  A second Infantry Portal would have the first two back up in seventeen seconds, and the third at twenty-seven seconds.  Three Skulks coming out of a Hive, by comparison, would take thirty-one seconds.

    that data is outdated. repawn time for aliens has been reduced to 7 seconds for 1.04

    8 seconds between spawns, 2 dead aliens 1 spawns then the other 8 seconds later.

    But if 1 dies it sits dead for abit before placed in rein line this is where the extra time comes from.

    so basically, if you're the only dead person on your team: 17 seconds for marine
    15 seconds for alien

    and each consecutive respawn after that: 10 seconds for marine
    8 seconds for alien
