Forum Quoting Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">...mumble stupid question...</div> Ok. This quoting thing has me a bit frustrated. when I quote stuff, it just comes out like this:

I don't get the name, time, etc that most other posts with quotes have in em. I just don't get it. I've tried it in both normal and guided mode, and I just can't get it working. bleah.

any hints?
