Ns_shaft layout

I just made this layout for ns_shaft, tell me if you have any problems with it. The welds outside the marine start are designed to make relocating the main base more desirable. The bumpy places represent rocky areas, and just so you know the scale of this layout will be quite diff when I actually create these areas.

    I think that the leftmost hive needs another route out of it, just so it makes it more difficult for the aliensto defend that particular hive.  I mean, look at the CC, those poor marines!!  But overall your map looks like it would be well balanced and even.

    I think the thing you need to work on the most is that left hive route.  It seems far too easily defended by either team.  If marines get in there, they weld that vent shut and put turrets in the room above with the resource nodes.  The rest of it seems very good.

    it looks like the aliens can activate the 2 other hives real fast and get the upper hand pretty quick

    What matters most is when the aliens have enough resource points for a hive, not how long it takes to get there. Oh and I'll add another way into the left hive.

    You really should not make the hives THAT easy for the aliens to get, at least have 1 a bit harder to, merk has it kind of like that it hera, easy to get to 2, but not 3.

    The Marines seem to have 3 resource nodes REALLY close to their spawn
