Half Life 2 Rumors.....

<div class="IPBDescription">well well well....could it be?</div> The nvidia only game half life 2....who woulda thunk this? dumb idea even though nvidia is great , better then ati imo.......i hate ati a lot but not enough to draw a line saying card specific games...but regardless half life 2 at E3 sounds like good news to me. Even though tf2 was showed off at E3, i believe a few years ago. but it sounds like tf2 will be making a come back... if half life 2 ends up to be real then maybe tf2 will end up being a mod for it. but remember this is just still rumors and only rumors......i can only hope im not sucked into paying a monthly fee through to have half life 2

    Uhh, that's one of the HD Sci models that you can get from blue shift..

    I was thinking the same thing, but the model in the picture has a bit more.... ooomph... ah... eh..

    Note the date on the article. Methinks someone hit the submit button a few seconds too late, or went back to edit the article after posting it the day before.

    Then again, this is the same reason we get stupid rumors like HL2 being an *X-bucks* exclusive. Riiiiight. Sorry, I honestly don't believe that Valve would intentionally p*ss off a large portion of their playerbase.

    No company is this stupid. Plus, who the hell has ever heard of SPOnG? And why on earth would them, and only them, have heard any news about this? The answer: They are full of ****. If this WAS true Nvidia would be having a press frenzy right now, not covering it up.

    Besides this, I haven't heard ANYTHING like this anywhere. Earlier today, EA announced it would become PROMOTIONAL partners with Nvidia, and many thought that meant that EA would start making games for ONLY Nvidia cards. Thats simply not true, it means they both plaster eachother with the other companies logos. Thats it.

    That is the stupidest thing I've ever seen.

    That's a screenshot of HL 1 w/ the HD model pack. Look at the architecture. For God's sake, look at the crappy low-res 256 color textures. If that really was HL2, it would be a worse sequel than Deer Hunter 2...
