<div class="IPBDescription">Iv ever played and it lasted 5mins!</div> Map was nothing (Via,Power,Cargo) , so we made a IP at main base and after a rush of 7 skulks from the cargo side we all rushed Gen room, got a CC and IP and then armoury. We got about 4 sets of mines and slaughterd the skulks who where attacking for both ways. We got another few sets of mines (at this point we didnt realy know who had what) we 'all' went to cargo hive. 8 mariens with little resistance because they were all respawning after there rush. but 1 skulks mannaged to kill 4 mariens then ran head first at me but i had put mines all around me so he went boom <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
this was a huge risk because we got the comm out of the chiar and its the best teamwork i have ever seen, i know it was kind just a rush but even the aliens said it was a great match and where blown away by the un-real team work of the mariens.
this truly took me by suprise and it was a pub server where everyone helped each other and followed orders, i know everyone h8s rushs but i think this lvl of team work cant be beeten and its MUCH better than tech rushs <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

Just like one of those games when EVERYTHING goes well, when you might consider yourself Cheating if you knew were not. I love that...but its always better longer, (as with most things in life)
It works by putting all the skills of each member of a team to a single task and function as a unit.
It's damage = Extreme.
It's results = impressive.
It's fun factor = priceless.
with teamwork and skillz, your team = clan level
Believe it or not...
3am, a few of my team mates and I went into the Newbie Proving Grounds for a little fun. About 3 of my team mates went alien and I ended up with one of my team mates on marine. Map was Eclipse
Since the newbie commander wasn't sure what he was doing I started to talk to him over voice comm and was talking to him about upgrades. While doing this we all tried to get CC (they had EC hive). This didn't work after many attempts of gaining control of CC and losing it. Was fun anyway I though.
Then since the aliens were concentrating on CC the most the obvious thing next is to do a rush on their main hive before they get CC up.
I started talking to the marines (mainly newbies since they kept saying for waypoints,asking for help,needing to know various things that are in the manual). and I told these marines to form up on my yellow mark over my head.
Believe it or not a few started to come around me. I'm not sure if that's becaused they liked me since I helped out the commander or what but I didn't complain <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->. The more that came to me that led for more to come (since I guess newbies are starting to like groups because they think it's safer). My team mates started to rush our base and we killed them all. They laughed thinking I was going to make another assault into CC. This time I told all the guys to keep a little space so no one-skulk-eat-all happens. Then we proceeded towards Traid.
We reached Traid and wiped out a few skulks. Now they knew what we were doing. We rushed EC and took out an egg an a gorge. (no idea what a gorge was doing there - had prob. just put up CC and now defending EC). Anyhow we emptied a lot of clips into the hive then we all died.
When I spawned they were all waiting for me again. Kinda warm feelings gets to you (all these marines thought we had lost the game already). I started talkin good things to them and we went to EC via triad again. We did the same (a few OC this time) and died. I was starting to lose a little hope here since you can, at best, get 3 rushes with marines then the hive is too built up with DC and OC. We rushed the last time. I headed the group again but they were waiting for us (of course lol). I died and so did my clanmate. However the best thing ever happened. Instead of panic because a few of us got killed before we entered the hive. They kept going <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->. They ran into the hive, I told them over voice to just all go for the hive no matter how many OC, DC, Lerks, Gorges, Small feely little creatures are around the hive. They all shot the hive - one marine down - they keep firing - two marines down - they keep firing - a few more marines die - one marine left - hive falls - marine dies.
I felt so proud of these guys.
I formed one more assault party and finished them off before the CC hive was built. Was very very very proud of these guys <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> If any of you who was there read this good job!
Aliens: I am VERY disappointed.
Marines: How big of a game was did, how BADLY did you guys outspawn the,?
it shows u determination can help too u may have good team work on ur team but if they lose the will to fight its gg all over. at this point the marines team ws like oh weve lost now.. and that was before the fades started coming.
Likewise with Marines.
