Okay, first...

What version of Internet Explorer are you running?
Do you have any third party programs running that change the look of Internet Explorer? Do they have any background customization options?

Cool, go into tools > internet options, one of the tab lets you override the default layout colors etc

MedHead: All I'll say is it worked yesterday...background customization options? I dont think so...my mom was on my computer earlier so OMG! I'm putting a password on my computer and I'm shutting it off when i go to sleep...

Acecool: Where is it? If you mean the Colors tab in General I have it on Use Window Colors.

PS. Happy birthday MedHead .

Ok look man, when you post a tech support question, please:

1) post in tech forum
2) post information about what software and OS you are running

You ask us to help you, but you're making it into a big mystery, which slows us down and is frankly rude and imposing.

What they were asking you is, what version of IE are you runinng? And then, if you click 'Tools | Internet options', and then click on the 'colors' button, does it look exactly like this, or different. Look closely, don't just glance at it.

Then, click 'Accessibility' and see if any of these boxes are checked (especilly the first one, which is 'ignore colors')

Then post back here if it fixed your problem, or if you need more help. Thanks.
