NICE!...would that be possible(prolly not)to let ppl choose from a few different interfaces from within the game?! Or is there an "interface changer" that worked outside the game for all yer HL mods?
Back on the topic of the interface, I think a variety of interfaces would be really good, maybe you could do something like CS configurator that came with NS when you downloaded it. All the commander hud is is a bunch of sprites and the interface is just a set of BMP images, I'm sure it would be possible to make an NS configurator changing these aspects of the game. <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

the text to the right is a bit hard to read, does anyone know if i can change the font without coding?
I think the interface-changer idea isn't so hard to realize...
As Mecha said, all to do is to change some folder-names.
for example:
you have one "alien_shell" folder and one "marine_shell" folder in your half-life/ns/gfx directory. Then the programm change the "alien_shell" or the "marine_shell" to "shell" and it should work. And you must change the "logo.avi" in your half-life/ns/media directory.
Same with the HUD-replacements, simply have some different directories and rename them...
