attach the vison and ring around the head to the head and make it so the poly between the helmet and chest moves around, like stretches, then ty it, i dont model, but that might work, and i realy real want a head so please try, without head its not as cool.

Well deleting some of the faced on the back of the head helped some but not enough to fix it. The only other option is doing some major changes to about half of the animations. It's mostly the blend animations that have the clipping and they have very few frames so I should be able to do it without too many problems.

This will take longer to finish the models but I think it'll be worth it.

A bulkier Marine (Maybe add tanks or something to it's back? Like Firebat?) should be great. Can you still release a visor down version if you fix the clipping?

The head is going to clip, no matter what you do. If it's not the back, it's going to be the front when he looks down. I don't think the suit was designed to allow the passenger free head movement. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

Have you tried just bringing the head forward and raising it a bit?
