    Looks like a Furby vomited on a vent of some sort. Either that or someone killed Ronald Mcdonald and the blood is on the vent.

    legion not bad but you need to lay off the filters ie
    - outer glow
    - bevel
    - artictic plastic wrap

    It was my first attempt at Photoshop, so i tried alot of effects to try them out.
