heres my posts
So i have been playing NS since 1.03 now (i know now very long) but i dunno whats wrong. with my computer, i CANT use leap, blink, or charge. they just dont work on my computer. i have a 1.1 ghz, 512 ram, 64meg gefroce2 pro, and winXP. with winxp my frame rate is capped at 60, dunno how to fix it. ive been hearing that these attacks are tied into frame rate and stuff like that. cause when i play on friends' computers, i can use leap, blink, and charge. i was just wondering if anyone else experiences the same problems, or can offer a solution for me. Thanks a bunch

to the first reply, changing vsync did not help the problem
to the others
when i go to use them, my team has 2 or more hives. so i select leap, blink, or charge.
lets start with leap
i select leap and hit attack. the leap animation plays, the sound plays, i lose engery, but i do NOT leap forward, and i do NOT deal any damage ( have tested so much but it just doesnt work for me)
with blink same scenario
have 2+ hives, andi select blink. i hit attack, blink animation plays, sound plays, i lose energy but i do NOT teleport. ive tried going straight up in big open place by viaduct hive, anything. ive tried it numerous times with ducking, jumping, aiming, etc etc.
with charge we have all hives
i select charge, hit attack, animation plays, sound plays, lose energy and i even go faster. but i do not do any damage. (i dunno if i really have a problem with this. i have tested it and have never noticed any damage, but have not tested it as extensively as blink or leap.
so i really have no idea whats going on
what is strange though, is that all my attacks are red highlighted. example, as a skulk with 3 hives, all my four attacks are in red, yet i can still use them all (even if leap does not perform for me)
i have been to a friends house and noticed the same thing but i dont think it has anything to do with me not being able to leap, blink, charge.
anyway i hope that answers some questions, so some ppl can help me

it was just cl_lw has to be 1 for those 3 attacks to work
