Onos Glitches

<div class="IPBDescription">My fault or a game glitch?</div> In several places in my map there are areas in which an onos can on get into by ducking, but once in there, the onos can jump and will be left standing up with his POV slightly outside the map and able to run at full speed. The areas in question are sloped passegeways with low ceilings.
In another area, an onos can't get in between some creates, unless he ducks, and then he become more narrow and can sqeeze between the boxes with room to spare.
Have I goofed on the hull file some how, or is this a glitch in the mod?

I imagine that this is somehow the culprit in the sloped passages, and it's definitely the problem with the crates.

Same problem by simular reason is evolving to fade in small vents.
you change to the fade hull wich has its eyes EXACLTY on top of its hull, wich just causes this bug when the ceeling has exactly the height of that hull.
