k i did a head of the gorg in gmax but i duno how to change gmax work to hl models.. I aint started on the body yet, the only thing i worry about is the boning and how to make the boning system etc to work in game and not got syco..
<edit> ive actually shortened the nose now, it seemed too long. Ill get to the body soon enough. atm just fixing up the muscles system on the head and neck before continuing with the more complicated stuff.

If any of these parts are too complex, then divide them further into fingers, toes, ears.... etc
That will make your job easier. I can't be bothered to explain sections.

animations i hope to make are as follows, i am going to explain them to you. If you think up something better dont hesitate to tell me so if i like ill use your idea.
-look idle- looks around, sits down and scratches head with back leg and stands up again -idle 1- stands breathing, looks around (default idle) -crouch idle- lies down and rolls onto back asking for a tummy rub *special animation* -walk- normal default walking -run- normal default running, possibly will move slightly different -crawl- lying on belly crawling forwards -jump- default -swim- swim animation like how a dog swims -treadwater- swimming upwards -ability 1- move head and throws head as if spitting and stamps front foot -ability 2- gently moving like healing, possibly swaying ability 3- head moves around a bit im unsure for an animation for webbing -ability 4- like is throwing up -head flinch- head moves sideways suddenly , like throwin it in pain -death1- head sways around, turns to the side and falls down , head falls last onto the ground -death2- falls to the side -death3- unknown -left die- falls left sideways -right die- falls right sideways -back die- seemes to swirl around into a ball and die -forward die- rolls forward death, simaler to the skulk forward death -crouch die- flinch in a way and goes limp
these are atm the thoughts of mine for all the animations. any ideas for any tell me..

-ability 2- gently moving like healing, possibly swaying
ability 3- head moves around a bit im unsure for an animation for webbing
-ability 4- like is throwing up
-head flinch- head moves sideways suddenly , like throwin it in pain
-death1- head sways around, turns to the side and falls down , head falls last onto the ground
-death2- falls to the side
-death3- unknown
-left die- falls left sideways
-right die- falls right sideways
-back die- seemes to swirl around into a ball and die
-forward die- rolls forward death, simaler to the skulk forward death
-crouch die- flinch in a way and goes limp
these are atm the thoughts of mine for all the animations. any ideas for any tell me..
