Winxp Refresh Problem

I have a nvidia card.. yes..

Anyone know how to get the WinXP Refresh Fix? I been tryying to look for it.. havent found it yet..
Btw, i know that i found it before, but i dunno where.. and my search button doesnt work-- <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

And I did try the official Nvidia one.. but it says it wasnt able to read my display driver information..

I used that to fix my framerates without turning off v-sync (which made things choppy and more difficult for me). See this thread for more v-sync info:

Also, here's a little bit of instructions I wrote for some friends, on using RefreshForce:

If you do not have your most current driver, you must do the following:
Change your monitor resolution to match the resolution you use when you play.
Test the different refresh rates allowed for your monitor at that resolution.
