How about a mm plugin that allows the odd man to only join marines. Which would prevent like a 8 Marine v 9 Alien stackz0r.

    yes, possible.

    would you prefer that it simply deny them the use of the alien join portal ? or turn the alien join portal into a marine join portal for the odd man only.

    Not really needed. Gorges are almost as combat effective as a commander (Count medpack/ammo spam the same as health spray/webs). And you'll never have more then 1 commander, while it's not uncommon to have 1/3rd of the team go gorge. Damn n00bs.

    I'd rather have a plugin that limits the number of gorges for the first few minutes. For the first 2 minutes, 1 gorge. At 5 minutes, allow 3. At 10, whole team can gorge rush if they want.

    gorge limiting - well on modns.org I've made a plugin available that limits the number of gorges on a team to the number of hives they have if you just want to limit them.

    Thing is though that gorges, like myself, are l337 combat gorges and can kill as evenly as a skulk. That part would totally ruin a good gorge rush.

    Whichever way would be easier them, I would suppose that you could just simply disable the alien portal when teams are even 0-0 1-1 2-2 3-3 etc.

    How easy would that be?

    about as hard as setting up the project to do it. So as soon as I can find some time in my busy schedule to do it, you'll have it.

    what about a mod that makes a person auto-join a team after a certain amount of time of them being in the ready room? Sometimes when people can't get on the team they want they hang out in the readyroom for like 15 mins waiting.
