Necromancy... as you could say this is two types of magic, both life (white necromancy) and death (black necromancy)
I control Life and Death!! My skeleton armies shall trample all those who oppose me!! I sahll be unstoppable!! The streets will flow with the blood of the non-believers!! MWHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Or I could be good, going around bringing people back from the dead, curing wounds and poisons, I could conjour a cure for cancer, I cure aids, I could make a fortune....
Conjuring. I'd love to be able to conjure a full steak dinner, automagically grilled to perfection every time.
Actually, that'd really hit the spot right about now. Soooo... what spell components would be required for that? Certain spices, surely. A cow might come in handy.

Am I the only one that didn't see illusion on that list? Come ON! The classic question is always "invisibility or flight?" You didn't even allow for that possibilty!
In any case, I can only say what I wouldn't want. Evocation is the first to go - sure, blowing **** up is great fun, but it would get old fast. It would be useful for admining a server though:
Bob: "OMG \75 DMS not SDM j00 m0r0nz0r!"
Me: "Please be quiet or I'll have to let Bigby have a little chat with you."
Bob: "WTH!1!one wth |5 big- *skoosh*"
Next goes Necromancy. Healing would be nice (Necromancy deals with the power over life and death, and therefore healing speals are often considered necromancy. And yes, I have no life.), although this school is primarily useful for making dead stuff. . . not as dead. Sure, you could ressurect your dead mother-in-law, but would you really want to?
Going down the list, I'd then have to kill Enchantment/Charming spells. Sure, being "the man" and ordering around massive legions of porn stars to do your bidding could be relaxing and entertaining, but it would also be incredibly boring. The ability to interact with other human beings that have the freedom of thought is what makes life worth living. The randomness of your everyday encounters would drastically increase with this kind of power, making everyday life even more boring than it already is.
Next to get whacked by the mafia would be conjuration/summoning. It's a hard pick - after all, who can resist the ability to conjure up your car keys or make cashola out of thin air? Still, it has it's limitations - you could only make things that you really know and understand. If you have no idea how a Radeon 9700 works, it'd be pretty tough to fabricate one without any materials. And of course, the only stuff you are gonna be summoning is stuff you can't make yourself, so this ability is quickly pwned.
The next two are pretty close, but I'll start with Illusion. I'll admit it, I'm a sneaky **** - I move in the darkness in my own home, lie to save my ****, and that skulk that killed you by falling on your head last round was me. Illusion would therefore be an immense amount of fun for me. Invisibilty alone is immense fun - go where you want, how you want, and do what you want. Still, it has it's problems - power corrupts, and this seems especialy true of invisibility. Getting away with just about anything can be a problem eventually when one's concience kicks in. While you may achieve much, you won't be all that happy about any of it. Still, it could be an invaluable utility and great fun.
Divination, when standing by itself, doesn't really shine until you think of the other abilities and their applications (or lack thereof). Wow! I can see someone about to pwn me! How fun! Divination is probably the least used school in any game, mostly because it can be difficult to use or implement.
However, when one sits down and gives it some thought, Divination truly dominates for one reason - knowedge is power. Divination deals directly with knowedge and one's ability to obtain it, as well as the means to do so. Basically, it lets you do anything. Think about it - who needs the ability to conjure up a steak or seduce the girl next door when you can instatly come up with a better, more human way of dealing with the situation.
Why the stress on that little word? Because that word is what it all comes down to - being human. It's fun to be special, it's fun to be unique, but it's best to be at least somewhat grounded in reality. All the other powers deal with solving extraordinary problems with extraordinary solutions - don't you think it would much cooler to devise a way to solve using the abilities you already have? Not only is it simply more badass to build a functional and attractive device using only scrap metal and duck tape, but it would also make you feel better about yourself. It's just cooler to be able to solve things through ordinary means - people can relate to you, and you know that YOU, not some evil monster-angel-summony-thinggie, magic juicy steak or fireball of destruction, can do anything through truly human means. In short, the ability to show your real potential as a person and individual comes in first.

Why would necromacy be under conjuration? Is it because you are bringing stuff back from the dead? Necromacy is not just about death, it is also about life. Necromancy has healing spells, as well as spells that cause instant death and pain. If you have ever played Arcanum, then you would see that there are two schools of necromancy, one white and one black. The white had healing spells, as well as resurrection, while black had raise dead and harm.

Anywho, these are the 'schools' of magic in D&D according to the Players Handbook:
Abjuration (protective spells) Conjuration (summoning) Divination (learing, finding, etc.) Enchantment (influence others and objects) Evocation (creation of objects) Illusion (deceive) Necromancy (death) Transmutation (change properties of objects or subjects)
I would choose either Transmutation or Necromancy...

Hmm, good or evil.....
However I think i'd probably take transformation...turn my enemys into pebbles and stuff and turn myself into..well..whatever the hell I wanted
I'll summon the Knights of the Round Table and wait for 20 minutes before they decided to attack my enemy.
Actually, that'd really hit the spot right about now. Soooo... what spell components would be required for that? Certain spices, surely. A cow might come in handy.
use Soul Eater in a place with a lot of dead ppl... muhahha arise my armeh!!!
I make s*** blow up!
Seriously though, I'd probably have teleportation and/or flight.
My Bahamut Zero, Alexander, Quetzcoatl, Eden, Bahamut and Shiva owns you all.
Besides, I could also summon a pair of wings.
