Another Admin Abusing His Power

Runs a tfc server and plays ns, this guy decided to ban several people for what they did not do. Some guy comes over and sprays a pornographic picture. The admin comes on and asks who sprayed it, well what do ya know, The admin starts to ban everyone off the server, I reconnect and ask him why he made his decision, he tells me to "SUYF you little *****" and bans me. If you want to see his tfc server: 66.237.59.9:27015, I recommend a little caution when hiring or giving another person control over you server because this is what you may end up with. I can post the log of the console if you guys want to see.

    What's wrong with that? Fully in his right. I wouldn't tolerate that kind of stuff either, the way I figure it, if it's done and nobody will come forth, if you punish the group, the group will weed the guy out.

    I would prolly do the same, although admin_slayteam works MUCH better...

    that admin was not abusing his power in kicking everybody. he may have been unfair to not answer your question, but i wont stop playing on a server just because the person who sprayed the image wouldnt own up and got the whole server emptied

    I like the idea don't play there. Maybe cause you don't like the guy or something, but when will the hatchlings notice, we don't give a bloody damn. Ns has 400+ servers you get fux0ered on one you have 399 more to try.

    I hate it when people claim admins are "abusing their powers"...

    It's <i>their</i> server, it's <i>their</i> rules, and it's <i>their</i> bandwidth that you're using. They can do what they damn well please on it. If you were paying for it then maybe you can open your mouth about the issue. Otherwise, don't say a thing. Just leave the server, mark it off as bad, and never return. If they do stupid things on their own server, they'll soon find they have a server full of idiots like themselves. The server will have no real value to it.

    Admins say this all the time: "You playing on here is not a right, it's a priviledge."

    and then if they do something silly and get llamad, they spread it around the forums and dumba$$ people wipe the server off the list without even trying it....
