    I think you shoould ask Ubi Soft to confirm this.
    I know that IL2 Sturmovik: Forgotten battles is on the
    way but i've not heard of the "Gold" version.

    Very simple. Ask for their retailer license number (a valid request) or whatever the American equivilent is.
    If they refuse, report them to your trading standards group (Again, whatever you lot call them)

    u mentioned TF2..... im going to cry now......looked like the bst game for ages, but it hasnt been updated for years.....im not lying.

    anyway unlucky but being scamed or being messed about with , amazon.co.uk( or . where ever you live) is by far the best place to get ur stuff little more expencive than others but the service is tops
