bind p toggleeditps , in the con,
or
add this line: bind "p" "toggleedips" to your NS config
after thats done you press the "p" key once then hold down the TAB key (or what ever your score menu is) and you should now have a mouse pointer, click on the offending players name, release the sore menu key and then press "p" again.
note: if you dont hit "p" a second time you wont be able to open the nifty NS in game menu
