Wicked Gl

I had to reinstall windows, and lost everything on my hard drive. I use wicked gl with my voodoo 3 to maximise my frames per second, but now, I can't find the drivers. www.wicked3d.com does not work, and www.megabyte.com bears no meation to wicked gl's existence. Unfortunately, every site I've been to with promise only link to these useless sites. If anyone has these drivers, or knows a reliable link to download from, please let me know. I don't think I'm the only voodoo gamer in this situation.

Thank you Deebo2k4! How long did it take for you to find this?

    You just made my day.

My frames went from an average of 15 fps, to an average of 40 fps! That's at 640x480x16. Ns is finally playable during a fire fight!

    My "rig":

    p3-500
    256 sdram
    voodoo 3 3000
    40 gig hd 7200 rpm
    sound blaster live

That's off the top of my head.

Back in 1998 (9?) this was the shiznit.

Try AmigaMerlin drivers! GREAT performance for a voodoo 3 3000 pci.

Cant you buy a cheap GF2MX? They get like 70 FPS in NS and cost 30 quid lol

By 40 fps, that's average. It's actually 70 fps until other people come on screen, then it drops a bit, but it never goes below 40 fps.

I'm canadian, I have no idea what a quid is worth compared to our loonie but I believe a gf2 is about $130 cdn. Now that I know a gf2 is great in half life, I'll consider upgrading as I'd love to play at higher resolutions.

Sorry ofr spamming, but are the amiagamerlin drivers really that much better than 3dfx's last official drivers, which I have. More inportantly, are they stable, and compatible with most games.

They were for me! They doubled my FPS in TFC and CS.
