<div class="IPBDescription">doesnt register small movements</div> My new Logitec Wireless mouse doesnt seem to register small movement very well.
This makes it a pain in the butt to draw anything with, and im having problems playing online too.

Any ideas on what is causing this, or better, how to solve this, would be much appreciated.

The only thing I would suggest is turn the Mouse's Movement speed up, along with the Acceleration.

    uhh Ill go with either
    1. You arent pressing the mouse down on the surface hard enough. (Ive had similar problems with various logitech mice of mine due to this design flaw)
    2. Youre using some crazy surface.

    Is it optical?

I've had a (corded) optical mouse since they went to retail, and I bought <a href='http://products3.3m.com/catalog/us/en001/office/computer_workstation/node_TT0PGRZP02gs/root_GST1T4S9TCgv/vroot_GSVFQG1Y9Fge/bgel_4B6GFN90ZQbl/gvel_0MSF12DT0Bgl/theme_us_computerworkstation_3_0/command_AbcPageHandler/output_html' target='_blank'>this</a> 'optical mousing surface' recently. While there's not a big difference in typical applications, I <i>have</i> noticed a difference in small motions like you seem to be describing.

if it's optical, just put it on a dark surface. I also have a logitech, which I just bought yesterday, and it didn't work very well at all until I put it on a dark mouse pad(the desk I was useing it on was bright white).

I had one of those once, but mine just stopped working. I would be playing a game or just browsing the net then POW! Mouse stops working, it took it almost 30 seconds to register again, so I don’t use it anymore.

To fix your problem: Try adjusting your mouse sensitivity in you control panel.

Get rid of your mouse and get a rat instead. Worked for me.

thanks for the advice. I adjusted the sensitivity and it seems to move a little more freely.
    Cheers.
