Coil = Gabe?

<div class="IPBDescription">I am probably so far off the mark...</div> Well you can blame this thread on monse, purely because I found his comic strips when going through the readyroom.org site. In one of his comics he shows coil thus:

In which he seems to be indicating that coil is noneother than Gabe from www.pennyarcade.com .     Only if he has a split personality, I think. I've been reading PA for quite a while, including every single news post, and I feel that I have a pretty good handle on Gabe's personality and writing style. Coil doesn't sound like Gabe at all.

    I thought Gabe was American and Coil was Brittish.

    Anyway, they sound nothing like each other. Every second word out of Gabe's mouth would be caught by this forum's filter if I tried to demonstrate.

    Coil is not <b>Bri<i>t</i>ish</b> hes an american...and the PA characters are just some of the ones available at stripcreator.

    You can tell coil isn't Gabe because sometimes coil is actually funny...
