A Tip On Building Wol's

<div class="IPBDescription">We all know...</div> Alright, for any experienced WoL builders, we all know that sometimes we run into those pesky Max Chamber limit area stuff and all.

Well, yesterday I found a *slight* workaround.

This is how it works. You have 7 OC's, but your WoL still has a hole in it. You cant build any more due to some nearby OC.

Simply put, change your position and try building on the same spot. Rotate yourself 90 Degrees and try again. Amazingly, this works from time to time, it's not garunteed, but squeezing in that extra OC is always crucial in hive defense.

In summary: Chamber limits appear to be determined on where you are building from, and not where the chamber will be built. Change your position slightly by rotating yourself around the area in which you wish to build and try to build from that location.

Hope this helps you guys out...

    Okay... you just found an exploit.

    This bug needs to be fixed then.

    Guess what? The limit is 8, not 7.....

    guess what? you didn't read the post. the 8th was built somewhere else.

    Perhaps I should have explained it a bit better.

    FACT: There is a limit of 8 Chambers per type per area. This is known to any and all gorges.

    I managed, in ns_lost, to get 3 OC's in the hive area, and a good 8 OC WoL a little further down a hallway, but still part of the hive area. I ran into the chamber limit by the seventh OC down the hall. By Rotating My position 90 degrees around where I wished to build the OC, I managed to squeeze in that extra OC.

    A diagram might help.

    <!--c1--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>CODE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='CODE'><!--ec1-->

    Z                       |
                            |
    X                       |     X   X
        Z                  |      X X
    Z                       |     X   X
                            |
    ---------|          G|
             -| V V V Z|

    <!--c2--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--ec2-->

    X = Hive
    - or | = Wall
    V = 2 Stacked OC's
    Z = Single OC
    G = Me

    Now, (and I know it's absolutely horrid) in that diagram, there are 3 OC's in the hive location, several outside in a nearby room and 7 OC's as part of my nice little WoL. I'm at the chamber limit, so no more OC for me right? Wrong. By jumping on top of my stacked WoL and trying to build, I might run into the chamber limit again, oh well. So, I jump in front of my WoL and try building my OC from there. I'm outside of the hive location so therefore, it considers me as outside the location and within the chamber limit, allowing me to build the OC with no problems...

    Maybe a screenshot would be better?
