There are certain characteristics that one should look for in selecting a guard llama. The llama should be at least 18 months old to be mature enough mentally and physically to do the job. Positive traits for a guard llama are:


athletic ability
independence
more of a leader than a follower
curiosity
awareness of surroundings
not fearful of unfamiliar things

I used to live next to a llama farm before college, who among you can say you've been spit on by a llama before the age of 7?

So, are lamas related to gorges in any way? I just sounds like gorges mutalated from lamas and kept their spitting way of life.

Also, if you wanted to guard you house really well, just get a hiv positive lama and put up a sign <watch out for hiv positive spitting lama>.
