<div class="IPBDescription">I need the commands</div> What are the commands for these? I've been told both but couldn't set em while i was playing ingame.
"give resource command" sounds like this: Some servers allow alien players to share resources with gorges. I believe this is accomplished by the gorge going up to a skulk (or lerk, etc.) and either using heal or pressing the "use" button. I might be wrong, but that's the only sense I could make out of that part of the question.
"turn back on tooltips" Are you maybe referring to the "new player tips"? The stuff that pops up on the right hand side of your screen like "This is an enemy structure! Attack it!" ?? If that's what you're talking about, I believe that when you start NS, it's in one of the settings sections (maybe multiplayer->controls->advanced)
If you're asking how to turn these two things on and off in the console, the gorge healing is dependent upon the server you're playing on (it has to be running a special mod) and the "tooltips" I don't know the console command for.

To give res to a Gorge/Hive etc. type this in console...
giveres
This would give 1 res to whoever you're facing.
giveres 10
This would give 10 res to whoever you're facing. So just add the number of res you want to give and press enter, or just bind it to something, like so...
bind "q" "giveres 10"
That would give 10 res to whoever you're facing when you press the button.

if you want easy access to this command
then bind it like so... bind g giveres 1
and then just point to whatever alien and press g many times
giveres
This would give 1 res to whoever you're facing.
