<div class="IPBDescription">Saving Res</div> Ok if I'm not mistaken, when a gorge has say, 42 resources, and he gestates to get carpace at one hive, he loses 7 resources. Those 7 resources go to the resource pool. With this knowledge on hand, a gorge that knows he is about to die should try to morph into a skulk. That way all of his extra resources goes to the pool. If everyone's resources are full, then he gets a boost when he respawns.

If he dies, his resources go to 33, and the rest go to the pool, ending up in the same effect, without paying 4 to morph into a skulk.

Erm...I thought resources were lost when someone died. Ah well.

From the way I understand it: they are lost temporarily, until someone opens up to take them in. In the scenario described, the loss would be 4 (skulk) + 13 (respawn and going gorge again). Where if you were only killed and went gorge again, the cost would be 13 res total.
