It means those pages are running on a dynamic system or whatever, and you basically can't get your sig hosted on forums that filter it. Very dumb though, I must say.

MWuaha, finally got PSP back from my m8
I used the same image for the avatar as for the sig, and the two layers in the sig are the same image as well => you get colour and texture consistency
No filters whatsoever, cos I couldnt find one that actually made the pic look better

Post a "help" on how to make blood spatters in the forum, I'm sure there is someone who can help you Or you could take a pic of real blood spatters (eew) and twist, turn them resize to create several different one s you can fit onto the background,
