I really think its just a moneygrab or something... i would never buy a X-Box, Ever.

The only console i would ever consider buying is a PS2, for better DVD playback and the Final Fantasy games <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    they'll probably port it to the pc sooner or later, you know how it is... X box is probably gunna lose in the competition then they'll port all their X-box games to the pc and then like go down like a dying hive


    if that doesn't happen then like some company will port it

    Microsoft is attempting to monopolise (excuse bad spelling) the console market by trying to convert the masses of the pc gamers to the x-box console. Boosting their console sales is tough when you are up against sony so releasing x-box specific games is jus a dirty tactics to try get to the top. Lureing people with really good games like Starcraft Ghost jus makes them look kinda desperate. Won't work tho! Even microsoft doesnt have that power.

    It's not really a MechWarrior game. It has the same license and most of the same 'mechs, but it's nowhere near as complex. It's just a run and gun shooter with the occasional jumpjet. But still fun.

    Xbox DVD playback is terrible....

    FASA did MechWarrior 3 before those microsoft **** bought it.... And its still my favorite.

    MechCommander 2 is still the best

    MechAssault is just a mass-appeal MechWarrior game.

    It has no customizability, but it's fun to jump in and fight.

    MechAssault was put out to get Mech fanatics to try an X-box. Plus a wide-appeal Mech game to bring people to the PC Mech Games.

    I played mechcommander 2 to death.. Didnt like multiplayer much though.

    Unfortunately...I leant my copy to a friend. Last year, around December. If I don't get back by next month, I'm gonna steal his 300$ Airsoft MP5....so no Gwar, wish I had the game back.

    btw, Bushwhackers > every other mech.

    I dunno, my Bush team had 2 Light Gaussers, and a missile man. His mech was one walking missile rack. had like 0 armor plates, 6 heat sinks and the rest missiles.

    The worst mech in the game is the lao hu (sp?) 75 tons and not much more firepower or armor than a bushwacker.

    Xbox only means that Microsoft will release a PC version (poorly converted I might add) probably a couple years later.
