Leap (skulk) And Charge (onos)

<div class="IPBDescription">What does "number of touches" mean?</div> Okay, I've been trying to figure this out for a while now, and no one seems to want to help me in the game. -_-

When you're using the Skulk's leap ability or Onos's charge ability, how best do you use it? Do you hold down the forward button in the middle of the leap/charge, or do you tap the forward button as many times as you can?

leap propels you forward, so all you have to do is aim it, and make sure it connects, and you will do damage. no button pressing required.

charge does <b>not</b> move you, so press and hold a direction to damage something when you make contact. make sure you hold down that movement key to maintain contact.

please note that with charge on you can kill buildings by jumping on top of them and sitting there. an alternate method is to hold down crouch and walk into the buildings (crouch keeps you from "sliding" off them).

Put it this way: leap and charge turn you into a "burning ball of alien" which damages anything it touches until the attack finishes (either you energy runs out (charge) or you hit the ground\wall (leap)). Think of bad-guys in old platformer games which damage you merely by touch, not by attacking.

you have to press forward because if you dont it will stop right as soon as you hit something. (thats leap as far as ive seen) charge is just touching anything.
