You didnt look hard enough then....
www.mx2.org exists but judging by their "important message" they are covering their tracks and have probably run off with the cash...
Couldnt i sue them or something? Probly could if i was in America.
Edit:

That was between 24th January and 26th of January...
There are several DNS extensions for websites, like .com, .net, .edu, .org, .uk, .etc.
Now, the reason for this is so that different catagories of sites can be classified by extension.
.com is for comercial, where you might buy games.
.org is for non-profit organizations. If you're at a .org site and they're offering to sell you something, a red flag should go off in your head.
However, you might still be screwed out of your money - one of the first questions a false credit card payment investigation will try to answer is "did the client verify the reliability of the company before authorizing the payment?".
You most likely put the order on a credit card yes? If so, contact them ASAP and see what you can get do, because you are a victim of fraud.
If you wrote a check, contact your bank.
If this doesn't help, try contacting your local police.
If you were dumb enough to send cash, well then you learned a two valuable lessons in one shot: Do not send cash through the mail, and Do not buy from fishy web sites.
Something else, their ordering process is not even secure!! Which means its even more probable that they were just out to steal your money.

Basically what this means is, you were screwed. The whole site is nothing but a total scam. And if this info is faked any authorities will have a harder time (though still not impossible) tracking down the culprits.
In comparrison a proper, non scam site's DNS is like this:

Now don't ask me what all of the stuff in here mean, as I'm not quite sure myself. But i'm sure some things scream out, like oh say, the address of the place in Warrington, England. heh. Keep all this information handy in case authorities want it.
SBV you should probably stick to using eBay or Amazon.
GamePlay used to have some great price but i've not looked
in a while. Shop around but stick to places with a reputation.
Do i send him hatemail? Hehe.. nah what do i do? Contact him saying i know they are frauding or what ever..
I paid by credit card.
Cancel the credit card
Contact the authorities
Not recommending anything, it's just what I would do.
That or rob's lying. Take your pic.
It calls games food. It also calls peripherals food. I was searching the site, and I found nothing edible.
If it says food, and you order it, and it comes, and you can't eat it, then le site is probably fishy. If you KNOW what you are ordering is not edible, but it calls it "food" for one reason or another (Maybe they are trying to be cute. Makes no sense) then you should think "These people are crazy or stupid" and go to good ol' eBay.
Ebgames.com
Amazon.com (be careful of private auctions though)
Gamestop.com (might be babbages.com)
Ebay.com (again, check the persons record)
ZDnet.com (Ziff-Davis, they publish magazines such as EGM and XBN, they also run Download.com)
The game's producer, such as EA, Interplay, Activision etc.
Or just travel to the store and buy it if it's relatively new.

READ MY POSTS. Jeez i take the time to help you out and you just ignore everything I type...
Sounds like your game simply got lost in the mail or somewhere along way, call them and ask them.
If its a fraud its one damn elaborate that hasn't gotten caught.
I didnt ignore what you wrote, infact i put it all into a file, but i just want some more opinions on what to do.
Today i finally got another email asking me to send them info about what i ordered, my address, the email confirming it and any other emails sent to me...
Lets hope they just trace it.
that by doing a DNSWHOIS, you can find out just about anything about someone...even their frigging door number...
remember, you have to supply this info.
oh well, SBV better hope you saved your order conf (if so, and they are not a scam, they you should be safe)

SBV, I might wait to see if you ever do get the game, since you got that email and all. Just my opinion.
