I think their file size limit is somewhere around 12 MB, and I'm not sure what the monthly bandwidth limit is, but you can't beat the price (free).
I recommend you give them bogus information, except for the email address (they email you a password). I've hosted several sites on web1000, for several months each, haven't had any problems. Still make sure you maintain backups of anything you upload, just in case.
They don't allow direct links to pics, I'm not sure if direct linking a video would work, at worst you would just have to put together a page to hold your link.
$1.00 USD a month, for 25 megs, allows direct linkage... and anything else you wanna do... it's worth your money....
